Meet Dean

Men's health and wellbeing Expert

Two significant events happened to me earlier in my life; at 23 years old I passed the grueling SAS selection course as a young soldier in the Australian Army, and at 33, I held my mothers hand while she died of breast cancer. Both of those experiences changed me at a deep level.

While I was trying to make sense of my life as a young man I stumbled into my 'long dark night of the soul'.

It has been a sobering journey with many challenges along the way.

Now as an older, wiser man I am devoted to raising awareness of what it really means to be a healthy and happy man in todays world.
